With the rapid popularization of the Internet and e-commerce to flourish, more and more people started shopping on the Internet, C2C transactions developing rapidly in particularly. C2C auction web-site as a new form of e-commerce transactions, which is gradually becoming mature and increasingly important e-business models. However, in C2C e-commerce development the high-speed, the problem of hidden consumer complaints are gradually exposed. This kind of issue become a main factor to stop its development . Therefore, C2C E-commerce to explore the complaints issue and the solution is to examine the management of e-commerce an important topics.From C2C e-commerce's starting and development , we analysis of China's C2C e-commerce development in the issue of integrity. CNNIC shows that the existence of online transactions is still the biggest problem related to the integrity of the quality of its products volume, and safety issues. These problems throughout the entire transaction process, and influence the development of e-commerce market. However many reasons for it should be the result of. The purpose of this paper is trying to find out the reasons caused the complaint through the cell phone and communications products in Taobao.At last, we have to know that the reasons caused of complaints are the integrity of the seller and the buyer, the quality of products and third-party logistics. And find out whether the location and credit of the sellers is necessarily related. Finally we'll give the sellers suggestion on the basis of the analysis on Taobao.
