With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce has become one of the most promising economic activities in rural areas,which is an important way to boost economy,expand consumption and solve employment.Promotting and pushing "E-commerce into rural" in Hebei province has made people a higher and higher awareness of rural e-commerce,enterprise trade frequently through the network,rural e-commerce developed rapidly in Hebei province.In order to master rural e-commerce development dynamic condition in Hebei province,and promote rural e-commerce in Hebei province develop constantly quickly and healthily,this paper tries to research on the influence factors of rural e-commerce development in Hebei province by factor analysis method.Firstly,the paper analyzed the development status of rural e-commerce in Hebei province.Based on the previous research,the three dynamic mechanisms of rural e-commerce development are summarized through literature review.It includes market dominant power,government dominant force,and the market and the government jointly promoted.Based on this,the paper mainly analyzes the two upgoing modes of rural e-commerce development in Hebei province,one is the characteristic industry e-business model;the other one is upward pattern of agricultural products,and then analyze rural e-commerce development situation in Hebei province at present,mainly in four aspects:the government introduced a number of policy support,the Internet penetration increasing,Electric business enterprises participate in it actively,regional development is imbalanced.Secondly,the paper made an empirical analysis for factors influencing the development of rural e-commerce in Hebei province based on the relevant data obtained from the questionnaire survey.In Hebei province by means of the influence factors of the rural e-commerce development factor analysis found that the development of rural e-commerce in Hebei province belongs to the early stage,in this stage,the main influence factors include:e-commerce awareness and support services,rural e-commerce service station business quality,network sales will and network purchase experience.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the main influencing factors of rural e-commerce development in Hebei province:innovating e-commerce service system toimprove the quality of rural e-commerce service;to strengthen the e-commerce consciousness of farmers' and mobilize peasants to participate in rural e-commerce initiativly;making full use of the function of rural e-commerce service station,and increasing the business volume of service station;establishing the rural product network sales platform,promote the rural product network sales;optimizing rural network environment,and promoting farmer to buy through the network.This paper studies on the influence factors of rural e-commerce development in Hebei province by using factor analysis method,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote rural e-commerce development in Hebei province further,thus lay a foundation to regulate its sustainable and healthy development.
