With the continuous deepening of reform and economic globalization strengthening, competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. Seeking advantages in competition has become the top priority of corporate management. The idea of talent as the most valuable resources in a company has been generally accepted by most managers, the staff of a corporate management is the core competitiveness of enterprises, the improvement of management level in company will enhance the competitiveness of enterprise. However, the achievement management of private enterprises in Chongqing Municipality has not kept pace with the new trend of the human-oriented and humane management. The research has been based on theory which exists in western countries and the current management of the status quo, development trend of private enterprises in Chongqing. So, this article is of great practical significance and theoretical significance.Summarized the performance of the psychological contract research at home and abroad especially on the psychological contract in the management of the research literature, from the start to establish a conducive policy research and empirical analysis of the management of private enterprises and performance management of their respective definitions of involvement research.
