In recent years,the situation of employee burnout in Chinese enterprises is more serious,and it is common in all walks of life.According to the China Management Burnout Index Survey,nearly 70% of the respondents were slightly burned out;the proportion of respondents with moderate job burnout was 39.2%;and the proportion of respondents with high job burnout was nearly 13%..Therefore,job burnout has always been one of the hotspots of domestic management academics.Scholars are trying to improve the status quo of job burnout.However,there is a lack of research on job burnout in private enterprises.Most scholars focus on large state-owned enterprises,and the differences in the investment subjects between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises have led to huge differences in their management and employee psychology.Burnout cognition still stays in the influence of single factors such as psychological accounts or psychological contracts,and fails to penetrate into the mechanism of its influence by multiple factors.Therefore,it is necessary to study the multi-factor influence mechanism of private enterprises' job burnout.Studying the current situation of the management of private enterprise managers can further clarify the current research disputes about job burnout and other causal relationships,and introduce psychological accounts such as psychological accounts and psychological contracts to discuss the impact of job burnout,which has theoretical and forward-looking significance for the study of management.This paper attempts to study the mechanism of job burnout in the psychological account and psychological contract of private enterprise managers.Combining the theory of job burnout,psychological account and psychological contract,this paper analyzes the current situation of job burnout of private enterprise employees on the basis of domestic and foreign research.And use the questionnaire to collect the data of job burnout,psychological account and psychological contract of private enterprise managers,and use SPSS for statistical analysis,in order to obtain useful enlightenment and propose proposals.
