The Problems And Countermeasures For Deyang Foreign Merchant Investing Environments

The investment environment has always been the hot issue of the research on the international and domestic investment activities. It has been an important mean to constantly strengthen the construction of the investment environment. People increasingly pay much attention to the research of the investment environment, and the external and internal workers who are engaged in theories have done a lot of research works that present a wealth of research results. However, these researches are mostly on the research of the investment theories, phenomenon, practice and as a part of the investment study, and few concretely analyze the reality and feasibility of investment activities in certain areas.This paper adopting the combination of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, system analysis and comparative analysis, and the empirical research methods, and on the basis of the comprehensive use of the predecessors'analysis and evaluation of the theory and methods to the investment environment of a country or a region, and considering its own characteristics of Deyang city, explains that Deyang should be targeted for the construction of the investment environment, optimize the investment environment, strengthen the investment environment characteristics, narrow the business cost gap between the western and eastern areas, guide manufacturers moderately transferring from coastal areas to the central and western regions and gradually form clear comparative advantage, rational layout, and the distinctive characteristics of the investment environment so as to point out the forward way and direction of further improving the investment environment in Deyang (manufacturing-based city).
