A Research On The Abstraction Of Foreign Investment Through Improving The Investment Condition Of GuiZhou Province

Global economic integration strengthen exchanges and corporation between the countries all over the world.As to developing countries and areas,the main resource of the fund which is used for developing their economy is to attract foreign direct investment. This paper chooses GuiZhou province which is in the southwest of China as the research object.With the development of economy in recent years,the unique geographical, popularity, resource advantages are appearing.Coupled with the Silk Road Economic Belt and Twenty-first Century Marine Silk Road Economic Zone,GuiZhou province has some development opportunities.This paper is maily to study the condition of attracting and using foreign investment of GuiZhou province,mainly to introduce the history, present situation,achievements and problems of abstraction and use foreign investment of GuiZhou province.Through combining with data of GuiZhou province since 2009 and contrasting to the coastal provinces, there are some issues,for example:small size, low level of technology,regional imbalance and other issues about investment condition.This paper is to find out the differences abut the ability of attracting and useing foreign investment and reasons via evaluating the investment condition of GuiZhou province comprehensively and doing empirical analysis about ability to attract foreign investment of nine cities (states) of GuiZhou province. The last is to put forward some improvement measures to expand abstraction and use foreign investment.I wish based on this research about investment condition of attracting and useing foreign investment can provide assistance to expand scale about abstraction and use foreign investment in the new situation of GuiZhou province.
