With the development of global economic integration, all countries’economy depends more on each other, International cooperation is becoming more and more common. As to developing countries, the main resource of the fund which is used for developing their economy is to attract foreign investment. This paper chooses Shandong Province which is the Economic province as the object of study. To study the environment of attract foreign investment of Shandong Province. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance. Regulate the existing research results. The second part, mainly introduce some theories about attracting foreign investment. The third part, as the main part of this paper, introduce the condition of attract foreign investment of Shandong Province and analysis the investment environment. First, introduce the process of attracting foreign investment of Shandong Province. Second, confirm the boost FDI made to Shandong Province. Again, analyze the condition of attracting foreign investment and the existing problem of Shandong Province. Finally, refer to the Shandong province statistical yearbook and the practical situation, Do empirical analysis about the seventeen cities of Shandong province. The fourth part does some case study. Choose the company which already has invested in Shandong province. Through the mail, telephone interview form, to know the cause of the foreign investment in Shandong province. The fifth part, combined with the current international and domestic situation, put forward some proposals in order to make a better environment for Shandong province to attract foreign investment.
