The Competitive Advantages Strategy Of Industrial Cluster Based On The View Of Resources And Ability

In the resent decade years, the impact of industrial cluster on regional economic development is getting remarkable. Take Chinese mid-west industrial park in Chongqing for example, the adjustment and standardization of the park is precisely carried out for the gathering of industrial layout and campus industry. So how to highlight the competitive advantages of the industrial cluster and boost the competitiveness after that is important issue which the enterprises and the government cared about.Making a systemic and scientific research on the issue of"industrial cluster's competitive advantages"is not only based on the attention on wealth increase, but also based on the consideration of the following two aspects. First, as far as the inherent dynamics and theoretical research are concerned, further research on the cluster theory is needed. Second, as far as the extrinsic dynamics and practice are concerned, further research on the cluster policy is needed.Instead of adopting the traditional research paradigm, this paper analyzed from the angle of"endogenous theory", namely enterprise theoretic system based on the view of resources and ability, to discuss the cultivation of competitive advantages of industrial cluster. Firstly, this paper elaborated the industrial cluster, the view of resources and ability as well as the competitive advantages theory which established the theoretical basis. This basis was established for the construction of the cluster competitive advantages theory which based on the view of resources and ability. Secondly, based on the theory of the view of resources and ability, this paper proposed four big components originate from the competitive advantages of industrial cluster, namely the resources, the core competencies, the dynamic ability as well as the knowladvantages. It has carried on the elaboration and the analysis to the gene action mechanism of enterprise competitive advantages. Thirdly, the industrial cluster's actual situation was combined and the relationship and change rules between the components of the cluster were separately discussed from three administrative levels which are essential factor, structure and system, and the logic which competitive advantages of industrial cluster originates was discussed. Fourthly, this paper aimed at the construction flow of industrial cluster and built the competitive advantages, thus the essential ability and resources of the cluster were recognized and reasonable strategic plan was made. Finally, it emphatically analyzed the transfer, formation and creativity of the knowladvantages system of industrial cluster. from different process of cluster innovation, it analyzed the impact of government subsidy on cluster independent innovation with the consideration of knowladvantages overflow.This paper studied the competitive advantages strategy of industrial cluster, it is of essential importance to excavate the resources potential from the industrial cluster which spreads all over China, direct the way of development, and provide the competition strategy in the hope of obtaining the strong strategic position and maintaining the long-term profit ability. Moreover, the display of industrial cluster's competitive advantages is the source of local economic growth. Therefore, this paper has the vital practical significance to the development of regional economy.
