Research On The Pre-warning System Of Our Financial Security Based On AHP-ANN Model In China

Financial security relates to the development of the economy and the stability of the society. With the further acceleration of financial globalization and liberalization, the problems of our country's financial security have become increasingly severe. Low-yield banking system, operational risks, foreign debt structure is irrational, serious impact on China's foreign investment, fixed asset investment overheating, inflation and other issues that threats to China's financial security are serious. Therefore, the establishment of early warning model of China's financial security and the improvements of our financial security early warning system are of great significance. These can promote the smooth development of China's economy and maintaining stability in the country.The paper begins from the theory. It has made the limits to the financial security definition, and has analyzed characteristics of the financial security and with the financial crisis, the financial risk relevance, but also has carried on the introduction to the financial security of existing theoretical basics.Secondly, the article has affected the general factors of the financial security, and has used the method of the horizontal and longitudinal comparison to analyze the impacts of China's financial security domestic and international factors.Thirdly, based on the AHP-ANN method and early warning system the article has set up the neural network model by debugging and testing. We can use the model to warn the financial security of our country in 2006. Through the mixed early warning method utilization, we can judge the sources of the risks. We have found that the financial risks of our country have been gradually increasing, mainly from the overheated investment in fixed assets, the irrationality of foreign debt structure, the impact of foreign investment, inflation and so on.Finally, the author of the article has reconsidered to insufficiencies of the article, has carried on the analysis to the research technique limitation, and has proposed a vision for the future.
