The arrival of the era of the knowledge-based economy makes human resources important resources that could bring enormous economic benefits. Whether enterprise could effectively develop and use human resources is the key of success in the fierce market competition. The salary management is the core content of enterprises' human resource management Rensonable and valid salary system can not only validate to stir up the initiative and activity of employees , promote employees to work hard to realize enterprises' targets, andincrease enterprise's performance, but also can attact and reserve a employee team with good qualities and competition abilities under the knowledge-based economy where the competition is increasingly fierce.DMG is an State-owed enterprise that is facing reform, like a lot of the state-owed enterprises face such problems as the unreasonable consruction of salary system, serious average doctrine, lack of adjustment of the salary system, little incentives to the important employees, the lack of long incentives and so on. Directed by the modern compensation theory, this article analyzes the present situation of DMG Company, especially the problem in the compensation system. Have taken enough account of the enterprise's developing status at present, the optimized design went through the process of job analysis, position evaluation and other scientific methods. This system could drive the standardization of DMG's management, and promote DMG's reforms of other aspects, and hope that could solve the problem the corporation faced as well as offer a compensation system for similar State-owed enterprises.
