In the face of the situation that global economic constant integration and business environment continued complex, the top management team's performance (in particular, the decision efficiency) has become increasingly important to the modern enterprise organization's success. Over the past ten years, researchers increasingly concerned about the relations between and the decision efficiency, especially with justice of the team process. In fact, the decision quality became a very important factor as a measure of the decision efficiency level. As a result, the academic community began to study the relations between the decision procedural justice and the decision quality. The team trust became a very important variable in the team process, and also a key element that affect the decision quality. If we can understand the relationship and impact between the decision procedural justice and decision quality, it is important significance for improving the corporate performance.In this paper, we first combined with two important theories which from the decision procedural justice theory and the decision quality theory, and we hope to build a concept model that decision procedural justice impact on the decision quality. Then we analyze the relations among the decision procedural justice, the team trust and the decision quality in the top management team, and propose some assumptions. In the study, we have the first-hand information from employees, and use the SPSS 11.0 statistical software for data analysis. We analyze the important and relevant relations among the decision procedural justice, the team trust and the decision quality through empirical studies. We hope to explore its practical significance for enterprise and propose the better advice for using the decision procedural justice theory in properly way.The sample of this study has 148 companies located in Zhejiang province. The major findings of this study are summarized as following: Firstly, This empirical result supports the relationships between the decision procedural justice and the team trust. Secondly, the decision procedural justice has positive influence on the decision quality. Thirdly, the team trust also has positive influence on the decision quality. Finally, the team trust serves as complete mediating variable between the decision procedural justice and the decision quality.Although some significant conclusions are drawn from this research, considering the complexity of this paper, the limitations of this study is unavoidable.In the final chapter of this study, limitations of this study are addressed, and future research suggestions are provided.
