Therefore, in the furious competitive market of Chinese beverage industry, how to reduce cost and gain more profit by means of optimizing logistics business process, has become a key factor for any beverage company.Based on the characteristics of food supply chain and logistics, the status quo of logistics of the leading company in Chinese food industry—Hangzhou Wahaha Group, has been analyzed in-depth. By studying the key transportation issue in food supply chain and logistics, combined with the third party outsourcing policy, the distribution mode and the logistics process are improved. We put more emphasis on the integrated control and the informationized management of transportation unit, and the operation efficiency and management capacity are enhanced. At the same time, based on the production requirement, a optimized model district logistics and distribution is established. The main transportation routines are explicit and the distribution networks are optimized, so the cost of lower logistics efficiency is reduced and the transportation efficiency is enhanced. Furthermore, the types of master material in ford supply chain are classified, and a more appropriate outsourcing policy is able to be selected. These measures changed the simple way of former leasehold of logistics transportation, the outsourcing operation has become more specialized and systemized, and the integration of preponderant resource in Hangzhou district has become possible.
