Now, in the situation of global economic integration, more and more enterprises organize resources and develop business on a global scale. The enterprises launch transnational business in different cultural environment, and cultural differences become one of important factors which are impact of transnational business. Cultural differences can bring both barriers and advantages to transnational business. Therefore it becomes critical that enterprise has the realization of cultural differences, adapts the cultural differences, manages effectively cultural differences, accumulates experience, absorbs and refers outstanding elements in different culture, as well as perfects their own of system and philosophy. It needs to hold competence that treats effectively cultural differences, operates effectively business in cultural diversity, achieves smoothly target of enterprise. This competence is intercultural competence of enterprise.Intercultural management theories are utilized, enterprise transnational business practice is combined, and the connotation of intercultural competence of enterprise is clarified in the paper According to the enterprise facing the different objects, intercultural competence of enterprise is divided into four available parts—intercultural competence of employee management, intercultural competence of marketing operation, intercultural competence of public relations, intercultural competence of commerce cooperation. Three impacts are analyzed to influence intercultural competence, which are the cultural sensitivity, the cultural tolerance, the cultural learning. Evaluation system of intercultural competence of enterprise is designed, the model of its evaluation system is constructed, and empirical analysis to intercultural competence of enterprise is took. Finally, some strategies are suggested to help improve the intercultural competence of enterprise in the paper.
