Since carrying out the reform and opening policy and entering the WTO(World Trade Organization), China has gradually encountered incessant opportunities and challenges by the steps into economic globalization. In the process of our going global and foreign enterprises’ getting into China, we are expanding the pace of going global, and at the same time, foreign enterprises are gradually increasing the breadth and depth of investment. Both enterprises and our own are increasingly faced with the changes of interculture. We progressively begin to understand the culture, history, politics, education, language, economic and so on of the other parts of the world. In the process of knowing and being known, we are in cooperation and in communication. However, our differences that our culture endows are emerging step by step, which lie in an army of aspects, such as our concepts, way of thinking, education and so on, and the differences lead some inappropriate behavior and languages when we face the differences. Therefore, the intercultural competence is particularly important in the rapid development of intercultural society.As the enterprises, they are willing to find intercultural talents by recruitment or cooperation. If we meet this kind of intercultural situations, having high intercultural competence is of great importance to enterprises, and even will affect the development of the enterprise.Colleges and universities design oversea study for studies on purpose. At the same time, China’s opening up policy also greatly has taken place in education, and more and more people who choose oversea study different types and stages will be our main force and most of our talents to-be.The paper is based on the oversea study experience group, that is, I will compare different types(demographic characteristics) of oversea study people by interview and questionnaire and conclude the particular differences which will help people improve intercultural competence. As a key ability in interculture, different groups will unfold diverse intercultural competence in different environment. While in the same group, the particular distinction will generate in intercultural competence.The final conclusion will help enterprises select appropriate intercultural talents on intercultural competence and train ability in intercultural competence, help colleges and universities make better oversea study plan and help individuals are getting clear about their own expectation and opt for suitable oversea study program.
