The Analysis And Discuss Of The Shipbuilding's Main Process

Based on the study of the basic theory of modern shipbuilding mode and the comparison of shipbuilding mode of the overseas and domestic shipbuilding yards, combining the idiographic and practical experience of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co. ,LTD(DSIC), aiming at solving the pivotal problems in the general assembly process of domestic shipbuilding yard , how to lessen the gap between the advanced shipbuilding countries and our country and how to reform and improve the general assembly shipbuilding processes were discussed and analyzed. Then some blue prints of reformation to producing and management system through the whole and systematic improvement of assembling the shipbuilding flow were brought forwards, which made the essential transformation from traditional shipbuilding model to modern shipbuilding model come true. Thus the modern shipbuilding mode that was practical and adaptive to Chinese condition was established. Then the industry chain with the specialized and collective semifinished product was gradually established and realized in DSIC. And modern producing and management system of shipbuilding oriented at the semifinished product that can adapt to the modern shipbuilding mode. With the help of the modern management system, the shipyard could organize producing according to areas, divide the building of shell, furnishing and varnishing into different spatial paths and order sequence, make the design, producing, and management incorporate, and at last evenly and continually assemble and build ships.
