Research On The Application Strategy Of Modern Shipbuilding Mode In The Production Management Of D Shipbuilding Enterprise

Modern warfare is the competition of science and technology, and the comprehensive national strength. Shipbuilding in the near future will develop into batch and seriesproduction, this willbring new opportunities and challenges to the major domestic shipbuilding enterprises. Manufacturing of military ships, which is more onerous than civil ship manufacturing tasks, production rhythm is tenser, and the construction quality requirements are stricter, the whole production cycle of the construction risk is more serious. Shipbuilding enterprises will follow the requireand theory of the military aspect, build sophisticatedproject management and system management in the entire production process, in order to form a more complete production construction management mode and high quality assurance foundation. Nowadays, with the successfulmodernization constructionmanagement of the civilian vessels, how to establish anadopted modernization management of military ships construction, become an important topic which we need to constantly explore and improve at present and in the future, in order to enhance the efficiency and quality of military ships constriction, in the meantime, it can greatly improve the comprehensive management level of enterprises.At present, there are some research results related to the implementation methods of ship construction in the domestic shipbuilding industry, but there are few researches on the application of the shipbuilding mode to modernization shipbuilding.In this paper, on the basis of the brief introduction of the content of modernization shipbuilding, analyzes the current status of military ships construction.The main research content includes:the features of military ships construction; the unique organized management mode of military ships; and focus on the detailed analysis and discussion ofinodernization shipbuilding mode applied to military ships construction; and list some solving measures; finally it states the application of modernization shipbuilding mode will improve the ship construction cycle and quality, etc.
