Private shipyard is an important part of China's shipbuilding industry.At present,the ship market continues to weaken,the new international rules are introduced and the industry access is becoming more strictly,the production and operation of private shipyards are in trouble.So speeding up the construction of high efficient shipbuilding production system and realizing rational allocation of shipbuilding resources are of great significance for improving shipbuilding efficiency and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading of private shipyards.According to the development of private shipyards and existing problems of shipbuilding modes,with the goal of technical ability improvement,considering the production safety,green manufacturing and intensive utilization of resources,a high efficient shipbuilding production system is proposed in the paper.Firstly,eight standard requirements and ten key indicators on the Condition of the Ship Industry Standard are analyzed,then the main content such as the efficient shipbuilding production design,efficient shipbuilding project planning,efficient shipbuilding precision controls and total factory management are studied.For the target of flow production and load equalization,an efficient segmented manufacturing scheduling optimization model is built,then the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is put forward and used to solve the model.Furthermore,according to the production characteristics of private shipyards,a piecewise operation balance table is established.Combined with the development of flat ground shipbuilding technology and large and heavy cargo logistics,a safe and high efficient ship transport equipment is designed.Finally,a typical application case shows that the high efficient shipbuilding production system meets the trend of energy conservation,environmental protection and green manufacturing,the shipbuilding technical capacity can be improved and the shipbuilding cycle can be cut down effectively.The study will contribute to the development of the theory and technique for modern shipbuilding system.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Research on the basic theory and method of shipbuilding.According to the development status and trend of shipbuilding market in China and abroad,based on the comparison of Chinese,Japanese and Korean shipbuilding models,modern shipbuilding technologies and methods such as lean shipbuilding,agile shipbuilding and intelligent shipbuilding are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of efficient shipbuilding systems.Then eight standard requirements and ten key indicators for shipbuilding enterprises are discussed.It is a clear idea for private shipyards to promote standardization and standardized shipbuilding.Finally,the technical indices of single ship construction are compared and the development level of the shipbuilding industry in Zhejiang province is analyzed,the work clarifies the aim and direction of ship manufacturing system optimization.(2)Research on the high efficient shipbuilding system.According to problems which are complex,difficult to implement and low efficiency,based on the basic principles of lean production and features of general assembly shipbuilding,with the goal of best efficiency,the high efficient shipbuilding production system is proposed and the main content such as production desigin,project planning,precision control and total factory management are discussed,which will provide simple and efficient support for private shipyards to deepen modern shipbuilding mode and build technological capability.(3)Research on the optimization of the segmented manufacturing.For segmented manufacturing plan which is usually limited by piecewise fabrication sites,equipments and operation process factors,the efficient optimization model of segmented manufacturing plan is built.Considering the operation optimization model of discrete variables and nonlinear problems,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,a shipyard is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm which is available to solve the problem of actual segmented manufacturing capacity.Therefore,it provides effective reference basis for the optimization of subsection manufacturing resources and the realization of balanced continuous production for private shipyards.(4)Design of the ship transport equipment for high efficiency shipbuilding production system.For floating dock launching complex operation,accidents and other problems,combining with the ground shipbuilding technology and characteristics of large and heavy cargo logistics,without the berth/dock,a kind of safe and efficient ship removed method is put forward and a set of transport equipment is designed,which can be used to move mega block and join together safely and smoothly,or move the ship from the ground to the water directly.The method will provide innovative ideas for the promotion of flat ground shipbuilding and launching process optimization.(5)Case study.The high efficient shipbuilding production system is applied to a specific private shipyard,the present shipbuilding process is improved and optimized.After the implementation of the system,the main construction technical ability indices have been significantly improved,and successfully passed the inspection of the Condition of the Ship Industry Standard by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
