Through several decades development of shipbuilding, the computer aid design system (cad) and computer aid manufacture system are widely applied by shipbuilding corporation of china, ERP system is used by many large corporation, and CIMS system is applied in several minority companies. These means of informationalization not only reduce the periods of shipbuilding, but also enhance the quality of shipbuilding. But, in the process of the building of informationalization, owing to the foreign informationalization products adapt to the foreign management mode, so the foreign products which are brought in directly are not suitable for the companies in china. The domestic corporations take a way of digesting and absorbing the foreign experience and research independence in the process of applying the CIMS system.According to the practical status of domestic shipbuilding companies, combining with the production of converting shipbuilding mode in recent years, referring to the advanced shipbuilding management mode of Japan and Korea, this thesis consist of several contents as below:According to the contrast and analysis of shipbuilding flow of domestic and foreign shipbuilding corporations, the alteration direction of shipbuilding flow,production and management of rebuild project in domestic shipbuilding companies are explored.Combining with the advanced code system abroad, the domestic shipbuilding code system is designed and workout to suit for the rebuild code system.Compile the criterion of typical production (WBS).Build CIMS model of domestic shipbuilding corporation.
