In this context, I first introduce the theoretical framework of CRM, including the concept, execution road of three-step model, practice advantages. On this basis, I draw an analysis of the industrial features of financial industry and the current status of customer management and make the conclusion of the necessity and feasibility of practicing the CRM in financial industry. Following this, combined with the leasing companies'customized features, I work on the unique role target of CRM for the financial leasing corporation, that is dual management tool of both security and relationship-oriented,which is far away from the traditional opinion of CRM's single-function. Finally, I focus on how to put CRM into practice, from the building of information pool to the management of customer loyalty, where the concrete practical know-how is of great importance to the transfer from theory to practice.CRM stands for a kind of customer-oriented managing methodology. It's a quite complicated and systematic project, which requires the adjustment and match of employees'mind leading, internal corporate governance to business process. Customer loyalty and maximization of profits are expected through the practice of CRM.
