The passenger train profession is the sub-profession of the automobile profession. The Internet is helpful for the manufacturer market segmentation, made the consumer obtain the product culture, the commercial culture, and even national culture and synthesis art enjoyable appreciation experience, when they are choosing the manufacturer segmentation product.This article has analyzed our country auto export present situation and the characteristic, and key analyzed the export development and present situation of our country passenger train, with the SWOT analytic method analyzed the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge of the Chinese passenger train exported, proposed the Chinese passenger train exportation several juvenility opinions which needed to improve in the product and the place , introduced the content of the automobile enterprise post-sale service, particularly the overseas automobile enterprise post-sale service work function, makes the weight analysis about the passenger train overseas service network construction each aspect using the AHP (analytic hierarchy process), in view of the problem of passenger train overseas service network construction, proposes the construction of hardware and software based on the Internet overseas service network.
