Study On The Evolution Mechanism Of Regional Logistics System

Under the background of regional economic integration and economic globalization, Regional logistics is an important strength for the system of regional economy, and it exerts an active effect on many aspects, such as increasing the efficiency, economic benefit on the produce field and circulation field, improving the competitive ability on the regional market, altering the layout and producing mode of manufacturers. So the construction and development of regional logistics system has become a big issue to the economy booming of an area.Although the construction of regional logistics system in China has acquired some achievement, there is cognition deviation on regional logistics system for government and correlative enterprises, which cannot grasp accurately the evolution law and the characters of the different development stages. So there are development obstacles to regional logistics system in China. The fundamental purpose of the thesis is to systematically demonstrate the regional logistics, to deepen the research on the evolution mechanism of the regional logistics system theoretically with the theories and methods of regional economy science and modern logistics science, to summarize the general law of regional logistics system evolution, to interpret the Internal and External mechanism regional logistics system evolution and explore the management and regulation methods of regional logistics system in accordance with Chinese conditions. The thesis aims to widen the fields and thoughts of research on regional logistics system and offer the theoretical foundation and decision support for the healthy and sustainable development of regional logistics system. Consequently, propel the regional logistics system optimization and promote the development of regional economy. The main research contents are as follows:⑴Both the primary problems and some potential research subjects in the research area of regional logistics are pointed out according to the summarizing and analysis of the present achievement in logistics system development.⑵Structure analysis of regional logistics system. The thesis adopts and combines the existed construction research of regional logistics. So the intension, essential feature, inner structure and operation mechanism of regional logistics system are discussed constructively in detail.⑶Study on the evolution mechanism of regional logistics system. The history evolution of regional logistics system in developed countries is reviewed and the general law of regional logistics system evolution is summarized based on mass of literature. The regional logistics system evolution mechanism is analyzed from three different and highly correlated aspects on this basis. First, find out the macroscopic factors which influence the regional logistics system evolution from the macro-economy analysis. Subsequently, the microeconomic basis of the regional logistics system evolution is discussed from the microcosmic angle. Finally, take cognizance of the mechanism of the social economic system action to the regional logistics system evolution after above analysis. The regional logistics system evolution is further analyzed from the system evolution angel, the evaluation model of the regional logistics system evolution is built and the evaluation stages and their characters of the regional logistics system evolution in China are analyzed.⑷Study on comprehensive evaluation index system of regional logistics system development level. The thesis establishes the evaluation index system of regional logistics system development level for grasping the development stage of the regional logistics system accurately, in order to make out the corresponding development countermeasures according to the different development stages of regional logistics system.
