Study On The Evolution Of Bonded Logistics System In China

The evolution and development of bonded logistics system is an important supporting force to develop the export-oriented economy and enhance the openness and world influence for China.It is the objective requirement for domestic customs during the transformation and upgrading of the special supervision area,and also is a symbol of the rapid development of free trade test area in China.The evolution of bonded logistics system in China has obvious characteristics of policy,region and level.So analyzing the evolution and operation mechanism of bonded logistics system under multiple factors will have certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of bonded logistics system in China.The evolution of bonded logistics system in China is influenced by many factors,and the interaction between these factors is complex and nonlinear.So it is difficult to explain its mechanism and operation through traditional economic quantitative methods.In the existing research that related to the bonded logistics system,it is also found that qualitative research and empirical analysis are numerous,while the quantitative research on the general laws of economy is scarce.Therefore,this paper tries to introduce the self-organization theory to study the development of China's bonded logistics system in an evolutionary perspective.Based on the theory of synergetics,a theoretical model is established to explain the evolution mechanism of bonded logistics system.Through the empirical analysis,the order parameter is determined,and the key driving factors that governing the evolution of bonded logistics system are obtained.The general regularity of the evolution mechanism of bonded logistics system is discussed.From the basic idea of multiple influence factors,by using the interdisciplinary theory,breaking through the habitual thinking of qualitative research and empirical analysis,this paper constructed a dynamic system model of bonded logistics system based on system dynamics theory,and explained the operation mechanism of bonded logistics system evolution under the multiple influence factors.In the end of this paper,a case study of the evolution and development of Changjitu regional bonded logistics system is carried out,the theoretical discovery in this paper is verified,and last the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter: Introduction.This chapter first elaborated the background of the research,and stated the main research direction and analyzed the theoretical and practical significance of the research.Then reviewed the relevant research literatures in the fields of regional logistics and bonded logistics,straightened the research ideas and the point of penetration,introduced the main research contents and research methods.Finally it summarized the possible innovation points and deficiencies.The second chapter: Basic theories of bonded logistics system evolution.This chapter first defined the connotation and characteristics of bonded logistics and bonded logistics system.Then it expounded the theoretical basis of bonded logistics system evolution,including regional economic theories,self-organization theory,synergetics theory and system dynamics theory.Among them,regional economic theories included location theory,growth pole theory and point axis development theory,which are the theoretical basis for the selection and establishment of special customs supervision zones.The theories of self-organization,synergetics and system dynamics were used to analyze and interpret the evolution mechanism and dynamic operation of bonded logistics system.The third chapter: Evolution process and internal mechanism analysis of bonded logistics system.This chapter first reviewed the evolution process of bonded logistics system,analyzed the basic conditions for its evolution and development,and tried to summarize the general rules of its evolution,introduced the self-organization theory from the cross-research perspective,established the theory model of bonded logistics system evolution using synergetics theory,carried out the empirical analysis by using the relevant data,and identified the decisive factors of its evolution,which provided the basic theoretical support for the study of system dynamic mechanism of bonded logistics system evolution.The fourth chapter: Analysis on the evolution motive and operating mechanism of China's bonded logistics system.Because of the complexity and nonlinearity of the dynamic factor system,it is difficult to make quantitative research using the traditional economic methods.In this chapter,the system dynamics method was introduced trying to construct a multiple influence factors system model of bonded logistics system evolution in China.First,this paper discussed the applicability of system dynamics method.Then took the customs special supervision area as the system boundary,analyzed the dynamic factors of bonded logistics system evolution in detail from external and internal aspects.On the basis of factor analysis,the system's causality feedback loop was constructed.The flow chart of the system was drawn,the mathematical equation expression of the variables in the system was defined,the external-internal system dynamic model of bonded logistics system evolution was established,and the dynamic mechanism of bonded logistics system evolution under external and internal influence factors was revealed.The fifth chapter: Simulation analysis of Changjitu bonded logistics system evolution dynamic model.This chapter took Changjitu regional bonded logistics system evolution as a case,using the real economic development data of Changji region,simulated the external-internal system dynamic model of bonded logistics system evolution that constructed in the forth chapter,and the applicability of the model was tested through historical data.The results of simulation analysis showed the effects of various power factors in the evolution of Changjitu bonded logistics system,and then a policy simulation analysis was carried out.With the evolution of Changjitu bonded logistics system trajectory,this chapter expounded its evolution characteristics,and analyzed the future direction of evolution development.The sixth chapter: Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the evolution and development of Changjitu bonded logistics system.In combination with the analysis in the fifth chapter,according to the direction of Changjitu bonded logistics system evolution,this chapter proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the evolution and development of Changjitu bonded logistics system from 3 aspects: improving the main body structure of bonded logistics system,promoting the demand of bonded logistics and innovating the customs supervision system.It is hoped to provide a reference for related departments to make decisions.The seventh chapter: Conclusions and prospect.This chapter summarized the conclusions of research,and analyzed the future research work.
