| Domestic and foreign automotive products becoming increasingly competitive, it puts forward many new requirements for automotive products R & D project management, particularly in product innovation and business management, and other aspects is even more conspicuous.Based on theoretical and practical combination of ideas, in the analysis of the current development of China's automotive products autonomous status and existing problems of project management, it proposed that project management should apply to R&D of automobile self-determination-oriented products.
