Haiyuan Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd, an excellent automotive parts supplier with headliner, glass fiber-free DVD panel, seat back panel, battery case and PU parts etc as its major products, is an H&N Technology enterprise of Shandong province as well as the National 863 Planning Achievements Industrialization Base nominated by Ministry of Science & Technology.The Company has been in the R&D and production of automotive interiors parts since its foundation in 1992 and now we have become the supplier of 18 automotive manufacturers for more than 60 models, and Grade-A supplier of FAW, FAW-VW, DPCA and Chery etc. Now we are taking the lead in product grade, coverage, technology development ability, potential production capability and output in the industry. The development of the company actively promotes the technology progress and developments of the automotive parts industry in China.The explosive development of the automotive industry in recent years not only provides broad market for the development of the Company but also bring lots of challenges. We are facing large pressure as we not only have to compete with the local competitors but also with the international automotive parts manufacturers. In 2006 the stockholder structure made great change. Haida Group, the principle stockholder, set a goal"To be greater & stronger, and to be listed on the stock market"for the company which also meant a strict requirement to the Management of the Company.The enterprise strategy management is the enterprise for the realization strategic target, the formulation strategic decision, the implementation strategy plan, a control strategy achievements dynamic management process. The strategic management is advantageous to the Haiyuan company establishes the long term development direction and the goal, is clear about status which locates in the market competition, formulation and implementation effective competition strategy, strength the enterprise's competitive ability, that is advantageous to enhances the enterprise to make a profit the ability and the economic efficiency.This article mainly will be following this mentality, in the Haiyuan company external environment, internal condition as well as the present situation will carry on the analysis in the foundation, will use determines the nature of the method which will unify with the quantitative analysis, in the utilization competition strategy five strength model theory, the value chain theory, the SWOT analytic method, Boston (BCG)theory tool and so on matrix analysis carries on the strategic analysis, finally will obtain conforms to the enterprise actual developmental strategy.
