With the rapid development of global economy, the logistics industry is facing unprecedented development opportunity and challenge. The market share of post enterprise is gradually absorbed by other industries in the competition. The optimization of postal transportation network system is one of the keys for an enterprise to be in an invincible position in the competition.Starting from the analysis of theoretical basis of logistics network optimization, and through an analysis of the business process of Fujian Post Transportation Bureau, conclusions of problems esisted in the transportation system network operation and factors that should be considered in the network system optimization of the bureau are drawn in the paper, method and relevant steps that should be adopted in the post tranportation network optimization is put forward: the emphasis of post tranportation network system optimization should be put on the regional network through the analysis of post transportation situation; second, after the optimization problem of every post road at present is analized, the one that needs to be optimized most is Minqing post road. Then, in view of the post road and based on path optimization theory and method, a corresponding methematical model is established, in which the simulated annealing agorithm and MATLAB platform are used to obtain the best transportation route of Minqing post road. At last a conclusion analysis and effect analysis are made of the optimized post road.The significance of the paper is to provide theretical support and practiacal discussion for planning and optimization method of regional post road within provincial post network system, and provide guidance for further enhancing the operational efficiency of post enterprise, and thus the promotion of competitiveness.
