The Research Of Full Process On The Investment Management Of A Construction Project

Whether the construction project investment decision is correct, it is directly related the success of the project and the fate of enterprises. Since China's reform and opening up, construction projects in the investment management has made great progress. Investment management sectors are in the past planned economic system under the passive management and fixed simply preparation. According to market development to economic changes, it has developed into regular publication of various engineering elements of the adjustment factor, including the cost factor, involved bidding and contract management. So investment has carried out, but there are many investment projects which are still in investment out of control, the budget for the ultra-estimation, the budget estimation for super, and super-clearing budget phenomenon. The reasons were mainly in the following areas:①China's e xisting investment management projects are mostly in short-term mode of management, lack of the integrated management awareness of the entire construction process.②China's current investment methods in the project management are mostly static, backward approaches.③In control of the existing investment projects, the contract management in important status has not yet fully achieved standardized and legalized condition.④The people of investment control management have poor quality, who can not adapt to management needs of the construction cost of investment. The actuality of construction project investment management is that the conditions of the construction project management theory and method study is relatively backward under the status of market economy, and the research of construction project investment activities in the entire management mostly limits to a certain stage of the investment activities, and so on. For this reason the thesis researches on the existing problems about the investment and management of the current construction project in the entire process of applied research, and it is of great significance to the construction project. Papers which is based on the theory of investment value of the system on construction projects and aims at all stages of investment and planning process for construction projects ,systematically studied and discussed the role of investment planning, positioning, and the value composition, and put forward the methods on the evaluation and investment of construction projects ;It studied investment in full control of construction projects, and put forward the corresponding management practices for the design phase, bidding phase and construction phase of the management control. In view of the importance of investment in construction projects, it studies projects on investment risk management and puts forward countermeasures. Finally, it is combined with a practical construction case and empirically researches using various stages of the management methods, then concludes that decision-making which is advantageous to the management and investment.
