| Venture capital plays an important role in promoting the development of high-tech industry and social and economic development.It has the characteristics of high investment,high risk and high profit.Therefore,project investment risk management plays a decisive role in the success or failure of venture capital.This paper takes J Venture Capital as the research subject,based on the conceptual characteristics of venture capital,as well as the theory and method of project investment risk management,optimizes its project investment risk management system.First,the article analyzes the risk management of J company before project investment,investment operation process,and project investment withdrawal.It also pointed out that J company's project investment risk management has shortcomings in internal management,lack of timely and effective information communication system,incomplete risk supervision organization,lack of risk management personnel reserve and other issues.Secondly,aiming at the above problems,the company's project investment risk management system has been optimized.According to the identification method of project venture investment risk of J Venture Capital,J company project investment risk assessment indicators and models were constructed,and risk control measures in the entire investment process of the option phase,investment phase,and capital exit phase were proposed.Finally,the article puts forward the application strategy of J company project investment risk management system in T equity investment projects,and optimizes the organizational structure,optimizes the entire process of project investment risk control,strengthens information work,improves the quality of risk project participants,and invests in venture capital projects.Implementation of management monitoring,establishment of technology venture capital insurance business,classification of pre-control risk factors and other optimization strategies in order to better guide the practice. |
