The research on the manufacturing system with large logistics engineering projectis still at the initial stage. The logistics cost accounts for a large ratio of the total costin the enterprise production and management. Therefore it's of great significance forsuch enterprises to optimize logistics scheduling so as to lower costs and enhanceeconomic efficiency. The dissertation carries out an in-depth research on the projectsupply logistics scheduling of the manufacturing enterprise with large logisticsengineering project, based on a concrete example — an offshore oil platformmanufacturing enterprise.1. Based on the analysis of the project supply logistics flow of the enterprise withlarge logistics engineering project, a supply chain model is presented and then thelogistics characteristics are elaborated. After analyzing the decision problem of theenterprise logistics mode, the dissertation brings forward a GRAI decision model. Aproject supply logistics running model is formulated by applying it to the enterprisemanagement.2. The content, objectives and restrictive factors of project supply logisticsscheduling are elaborated. Logistics scheduling is a multi-constraint andmulti-purpose decision problem. The decision analysis about logistics schedulingobjectives is executed by applying analytic hierarchy process.3. Taking cost as the optimal objective, a logistics scheduling model is set up whileconsidering the time and inventory constraints. The constraint optimal solution of themodel is to determine the optimal scheduling order, mode and start time of thelogistics activities. The finish time parameters are obtained by critical path method.Then the optimal scheduling order of logistics activities is achieved.4. The scheduling mode selection is a combination optimal problem. The solution isdetermined by a elaborately designed genetic algorithm. The optimal start timeparameters are acquired by making use of critical path method once more.
