The Research On The On-site Carriers Of Enterprise Safety Culture

Since the 1980s , the concept of "safety culture" has been developed for nearly 30 years. As the emphasis on safety for many countries has been strengthened, the understanding of safety culture for corporations has been deepened. The construction in enterprise safety culture has gradually become on behalf of a higher level of soft safety management methods and means which include more diversified form and humanization of safety management .However, in the process of the construction in enterprise safety culture , a number of issues emerge : first, the construction in enterprise safety culture is lack of mass basis ,and good safety culture can not be accepted by the grass-roots level, which make the construction achievement very limited. Secondly, as the lack of good carriers of enterprise safety culture, the content of the positive safety awareness and conduction and safety management can not be conveyed, safety culture can not be applied at the grass-roots group, so that the construction in enterprise safety culture can not be effectively implemented at the production field.According to the current situation of enterprise safety culture , the research on the on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture which based on the relevant project research carries out. The main research contents include the following two aspects:1. The on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture system research.The research on the on-site carrier of enterprise safety culture which based on the theory of behavior organization, nested safety management and safety system engineering carries out. The research is about to design the structure system of the on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture which includes two forms, three dimensions and four elements ,and to build "2 lines 3 faces 4 points " theoretical system model.2. The on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture designCompliance with the principles of on-site carriers design, based on the on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture system research and the "2 lines 3 faces 4 points" theoretical system model, the composition and realization forms of the on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture are designed. And based on related subjects research, there are some examples of the application of the on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture.This research aims to build a scientific and rational, systematic theoretical system which is taken as the research base. According to the production characteristics , design practical and operational the on-site carriers of enterprise safety culture , to provide the tools and methods at the grass-roots level for the enterprise while building enterprise safety culture ,which make effectively implement at the grass-roots scene, and ultimately enhance the building of safety culture of grass-roots level.
