| At present, our country is undergoing a massive infrastructureconstruction. The construction industry has a high status in the nationaleconomy. So the government carried out a series of major arrangements. Ithas made the government and the enterprise to increase the investment of theproduction safety, guarantee the safety production of the construction industry.However, the safety issues are worrying. How to prevent accidents, guaranteethe safety of production, is the urgent problems needed to resolve. The thesisuses the theory of safety culture to solve the problem of construction safety. Itmay be a good way to control accident and improve safety situation.The main research contents are as follows: Firstly，this thesis analyzes thesafety situation and characteristics of the construction industry, expounds theimportance of safety culture of construction. Through summarizing andanalyzing the definition of safety culture，define the concept of the safetyculture for the construction enterprise and expound the enterprise content andstructure. Then, the article analyzes the general mode of the building safetyculture for enterprise, summarizes21influence factors of the safety culture ofconstruction enterprise. On this basis, the paper establishes the evaluationsystem of safety culture for the construction enterprise. This thesis uses thesafety culture index evaluation system to design investigative questionnaire,used for investigating the staff of CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.and then does statistical computation and analysis of the investigative results.Through using and utilizing the related theories of safety culture, design theavailable improvement projects for the company, so that the safety culturesystem of the company can be improved. At the same time, it can be used forthe other enterprises to build the safety culture and improve the safetysituation of construction industry. |
