Research On Land Use Division Of Yangtze River Delta Under The Eco-Economic Approach

As the basis of the human,land resources inflect economic development immediately and ecological environment indirectly.How to use the limited land resources efficiently is a hot spot topic at present.Land use of the way and structure exists regional differences,such as land quality,land use potentiality,characteristics of the land use and land utilization guide.The Yangtze River Delta is in a tight place that the non-balanced development and severe repeated construction.Under the research background of the land use division and the eco-economic division, the paper analyses regional general situation on condition of the natural and social economy, situation and problems of the eco-environment and the land use of the Yangtze River Delta including whole region and regional differences.It prepares for the following parts.Based on the division principle,regionalization basis,relating Planning and laws and regulations of land use and Ecological economy,the paper gives us the 33 indexes as preliminary study.This index system includes social economy,eco-environment,land use structure and efficiency factors.Then using principal component analysis,22 indexes finally composites the system of land use division of Yangtze River Delta.The paper mainly uses principal component analysis,factor analysis to extract 8 principal components to reflect the whole information.At the same time,it analyzes the relations between indexes and units.Then,the cluster analysis arborescence is obtained by using cluster analysis to these 8 principal components.The Yangtze River Delta is finally divided 7 regions.Ⅰtype region includes Shanghai;Ⅱtype region includes Hangzhou;Ⅲtype region includes Zhoushan;Ⅳtype region includes Suzhou and Wuxi;Ⅴtype region includes Yangzhou,Nantong and Taizhou;Ⅵtype region includes Nanjing,Changzhou and Zhenjiang;Ⅶtype region includes Ningbo,Taizhou,Shaoxing,Huzhou and Jiaxing.According to the regional land use and eco-economic characteristics and problems, moreover the land use countermeasures are put forward in each region which provides for the proper use of land as well as macroscopic guidance for Yangtze River Delta.It probes to rationally utilize the land,to strengthen the regional cooperation and promote virtuous circle of the ecosystem.
