A Case Study Of The Project Management Processes Of Approval System Based On Workflow Of T Company

Referring to the theory of PMBOK and CMM, using the method of case study, this study describes the whole project processess of approval system based on workflow T Company, introduces the practices of project management, reseaches the main management methods and tools which are useful for project management processes in a successful information system project, and focuses on the usage of these methods and tools, finally makes performance appraisal and give a synthetic conclusion.
