Research On The Development Strategy Of An-xi Ti Kwan Yin Industry

Problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers have a crucial bearing on the overall development of the Party and the state. The industrialization of agriculture can offer a good solution for these problems. Tea industry is a key pillar industry which concerns the people's livelihood in An'xi County. It is positioned first as a traditional industry, then a pillar industry, and then an export exchange industry, and finally a people's livelihood industry. How to make the traditional and special industry of An-xi County, tea industry, more and more competitive? How to make the tea industry last forever? The answer is to do an earnest research about the developmental strategy of tea industry in An-xi and set down a comprehensive and foresighted strategy suiting the development of market economy and guiding the development of tea industry in An-xi. This essay aims to analyze and establish the developmental strategy of the tea industry in An-xi from two aspects: quality and quantity. This essay is also to investigate the tieh-kuan-yin industry in An-xi from three parts, describing the manufacturing and marketing situation on the basis of the investigation of the development of China's tea industry, analyzing the plight and difficulty that current tieh-kuan-yin industry faces, and raising the developmental ideas for the tieh-kuan-yin industry in An-xi. We hope it will facilitate the development of tieh-kuan-yin industry.The first part of the essay is investigating the developmental situation of China's tea industry and analyzing the manufacturing and marketing situation of tieh-kuan-yin in An-xi. In this part, we analyze main factors which influence the production and distribution of tieh-kuan-yin from both theoretical and practical aspects and try to describe the current developmental situation of tieh-kuan-yin industry in An'xi.The second part of the essay is researching main problems existing in the developmental process of tieh-kuan-yin industry, through arranging the materials getting by investigating on the spot and interviewing manufacturers, vendors and consumers. We analyze restrictive factors that the current development of tieh-kuan-yin industry faces from aspects of marketing, management system and production technology.The third part is conceiving the basic ideas about the development of tieh-kuan-yin industry. We suggest that we should start from ecotypic tea garden by establishing regional cooperation relationship and training professionals so as to improve the environment. We should start from adjusting varietals structure, improve the management system, enhance economical and cultural exchanges, and make tea cultural brand. We should also start from the change of government's function, integrate the production resources of tieh-kuan-yin, push the reform of the property right of tea garden, foster corporate champion, and form industrial cluster.
