Corporation strategy is the blueprint for the enterprise development.By exercising the systematic theory of strategic management, taking consideration of the current situation, existed problem within the construction supervision industry in Xian Men City, in China and abroad, also considering the real situation of A supervision company, through analyzing its external environment, internal environment and resources, after nailing down the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and risks facing this company, this study maps out a strategic goal, competitive strategy and relative function strategy for the company that can guide its future development.The study believes from a macroscopical point of view, that the supervision company is still a rising industry in China. The domestic policy, economical, social and political environment can all contribute a lot to the fast development and prosperity of the supervision industry. Meanwhile, the study shows that there exist some problems like non-standardized market, unclear position of supervision, low supervision fees, and low quality of employees in this industry.Taking supervision A company as an example, by introducing the development history of the company, analyzing the internal environment and resources, the study shows that A Company still has a lot of problems need to be solved, like strategic management, internal management, HR, marketing, etc, which are the main reasons why after ten years' development, this company still has to fight for survival. Though faced with so many difficulties, by virtue of the resources of M University, A Company has accumulated certain experiences and advantage in supervision market for educational construction projects, and has many development opportunities.Through the analysis mentioned above, the study sets up a strategic goal and competitive strategy for A Company. The study suggests that A Company take educational construction projects as market segmentation, and take differentiated marketing strategy as competitive strategy, and get the strategic goal to be a leading company in the educational construction supervision market in Fujian Province and have some impaction in China, after taking methods like improving organization structure, improving management, constructing new operation combination, focusing core business, exerting effective marketing strategy, and constructing functional strategies including strategic alliance.
