Research On The Developing Mode Of China's Rural Co-operative Finance

Rural co-operative financial organization is an important force in support of China's rural economic development, since the policy of reform and opening up, its management and businesses has grown by leaps and bounds. But along with the deepening reform of the financial system, its long-term accumulative historical issues have loomed, which hindered the development of their business, but also greatly restricting driving force for the development of the rural economy by the rural financial co-operatives. As a result, there is a very important practical significance for rural economic and financial development to face up to their current difficulties and explore the rural co-operative financial mode suitable for China's national conditions.In the introduction of this paper ,there are scope and significance of the research, related research at home and abroad , the content and methods of the research, as well as innovative and inadequate of this paper. The body is divided into three parts: the first part introduces the theoretical interpretation of the co-operative finance and the practice on the foreign co-operative finance. Dwelling on the concepts and principles of the co-operative economy and finance, and by introducing the development experience of co-operative finance in Germany, the United States and Japan for reference. The second part describes the developing models in China's rural co-operative finance and the existent issues, first, introducing several forms, and then historic evolution and current development, to identify the existing issues through the analysis. The third part stresses the need to adhere to the norms of China's rural co-operative financial cooperation, analyze the need of China's rural financial co-existence, propose countermeasures for China's rural financial reform for further development. Considering the low level of rural economic development, this paper sticks to the development of the real "cooperation system", and continuing to deepen reform, developing new Co-operation, building a good external environment.
