Research Of The Development Of China's Rural Co-operative Finance

Rural cooperative society is a specific finance institution of rural cooperative finance, as a unique form, rural coop finance regards supplying financial service with peasant society members as its goal. Rural native society represents rural cooperative finance of China. Being main force of rural finance, rural cooperative society plays a very important role in rural finance area.First, this paper analyses principal characters of cooperative finance. Second, following with specific portrait of rural credit cooperative society of China, researching and learning from successful development experience of oversea rural cooperative finance and considering our country's conditions, the problems existing in China's rural credit cooperative society will be found .Finally, according to the existing problems, key questions about rural credit cooperative society reform will be discussed and relative theory suggestion will be presented.This paper is divided into four parts:Part1: This part introduced the basic theory of rural co-operative finance. On the basis of summing up concept, the characteristic and basic principle of the co-operative finance, this part expounded its position, function in the rural financial system and rural economic life.Part2: This part reviewed the financial development course of rural co-operative finance of our country, and discussed rural co-operative finance in different periods. And this part research of present stage and problem of our country's rural co-operative finance reform. This part analyzed the main problem of our rural credit co-operative faced, and carried on a research of the reform direction, organization mode, and management mechanism and operation goal orientation of the rural credit co-operative system.Part3: Enlightenment of international financial practice of rural co-operative finance. This part introduced international financial practice mode of rural co-ope rative finance, including USA,Japan and Bangladesh. We summarized a few enlightenment of the international rural co-operative finance's development experience to our country.Part4: This part will discuss the reform of rural credit society. Subject to goal models of reform, management system, outside environment, some suggestion will be presented.
