Research On The Development Of New-style Rural Co-operative Finance In Shandong

Rural co-operative finance that is the important content of China's rural reform. is based on the countryside and services the needs of farmers.At present, it has become the mainstay of rural finance in China.And it has made a great contribution to the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" .Since the policy of reform and opening up ,our country has carried out many rural financial reforms.Although the reforms have made some achievements, many deep problems which need to be resolved still exist during the developing process of rural co-operative finance.Rural co-operative financial support an effective way to develop rural economy.However, at present, China's rural co-operative financial development is not mature.Our financial support of input in countryside still can't satisfy the needs of socialist new rural reconstruction.In this context, studying how to bring the positive effect of rural co-operative finance into full play is imperative.It has extremely vital significance to establish rural cooperative financial model fit for China which can play the rural financial overall force for the steady development of national economy.This paper firstly gives a brief overview of co-operative finance theory and the scope of research.Then this paper reviews China's rural financial reform processes. And then based on the analysis of rural co-operative financial situation in Shandong province, this paper tries to find out the causes of developing obstacle.By researching the development situation of the rural cooperative finance at home and abroad,it learns from successful experience of the domestic and international rural co-operative finance for reference.At last, on the basis of the combination with the analysis of causes and front successful experience,this paper puts forward a more efficient rural co-operative financial development model for Shandong province.This model gives some specific proposals for reform from the two aspects of formal co-operation finance and folk co-operative finance.
