Logistics industry is an important component of modern circulation; it is rapidly growing up in China in recent years, but the shortage of logistics talents has limited its further development. The personnel's training has become the bottleneck of development of modern logistics industry. This paper analyses the shortcomings of domestic cultivation of logistics talents. In order to make up these shortages, the logistics laboratory of our department wants to develop an experiment platform for logistics management practice, and this paper is part of the work.Rationing game and pricing decision in the network logistics is an important part of logistics management, it's often the key point to the success of business. Based on the literature review, we design and development a "single distribution center - more retailers" rationing game and pricing decision experiment platform. This paper deals with a SC distribution system which consists of one regional distribution center and multiple retailers. Through studying the basic properties of this system, we analyzed the background and theory of rationing game models, and then, designed the architecture of the experiment platform and established the database structure; finally, we develop the Web-based Brower/Server structure experiment platform. This platform is very flexible; we could adjust the number of retailers in the distribution system and modify its parameters. The purchasing price and selling price make the platform much closer to the actual situation. And the use of Brower/Server structure reduces the burden of client side, it makes simpler to use and extend. This experiment platform plays a very good supporting role to the teaching of modern logistics system. To a certain extent, the experiment could train the students in how to process inventory control in the rationing game environment, and how to optimize pricing decisions in the sharing market environment. Upon completion of the development of experimental platform, undergraduate and graduate students are chosen as participants respectively, it has achieved good performance. Through analyzing the experiment data, we find some interesting phenomena in this distribution system. It is proposed that the degree of information sharing has a great influence on the benefit of the total system.
