Especially the surroundings change of international technology trade and the adjustment of regional industrial structure enrich the sources and the channel of technology introduction. And abundant internal human resource also strengthens the company's competence in gaining technology.While selecting specific technology-introduction projects, the company needs to consider such outer factors as international macro-policies and industrial maturity degree and such inner factors as enterprise's goal, developing strategy and its technological ability. The company takes various methods, such as joint venture, contracts for licensing of technology and joint developing to introduce technology. By comparative analysis, the model, joint venture with contracts for licensing of technology, has been more widely used by the company. It is proved that the modle is also the most successive one for technology introduction. In practice, the company should strengthen the strategy and program, the training of personnel, its own innovative ability and so on to improve its technology-introduction tactics.
