With the continued development of the society, the external conditions of survive in enterperises have been changed hugely,traditional sales mode is hard to fit for the require about sales action of enterprise, the construction of excellent team has been a kind of inevitable trend.As an efficient team, it is featured by the following eight basic characteristics: clear objective, related profession, mutual trust, common faith, expedite communication, negotiation skills, appropriate leader, internal and external support, n a team (especially in a large enough team), role-playing is normally decided by members' characteristics and acquired training. So when choosing team members, it should be considered who has the ability to act as what kind of role or roles. Due to the different marketing environments and society culture where the enterprises locate, when constructing learning team, we should take the company developing status, enterprise culture and business features into account, combine the learning organization concept with company's daily management to build learning team by kinds of methods, such as rules & regulations, culture atmosphere, assessing measures and promoting system.The best privotal and important condition is a common wish and future for construction of marketing team,it needs to establish normative working proceduer and uniform regulation to make it come ture . After researched the typical handling modes and methods of construction of team, this article analyzes carefully to the actulities and causes of international marketing team in Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Corporation Limited (ZELC) and summarizes the problems and flaws of management mode of international marketing team in ZELC. Based on all of this, then the author brings forward some measures and policies on how to reconstruct and remodel the international marketing team, in order to accommodate to the changing market requirements, establish a set of rational market training system to "Change restrict to change" by the alteration of flow. Through the operation training which inividual to the each member in team according to the role orientation, and help them become a learning team and improve the market operator's ability so that improve the whole ability of team, and enhance the cohesion and fighting capacity of team through efficient management. All of these will be helpful to create high performance ZELC international marketing team.
