In the knowledge-based economy, knowledge has contributed to the growth of economy increasingly. It has become the most important productive element and the new growth point of the sustainable economy. By acquiring knowledge resources, knowledge sharing contributes to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Besides, it helps to reduce repeated work and prevent knowledge loss when employee leaves the company, therefore, the cost can be greatly cut. This paper aims to use empirical study to test if knowledge sharing affect enterprise performance. We believe that knowledge is the foundation of creativity, and constant creativity is the eternal propulsion for the development of enterprise, therefore, discussing the role of organizational creativity plays between knowledge sharing and enterprise performance has theoretical and practical significance.According to the classification of knowledge, this paper sorted knowledge sharing into explicit knowledge sharing and implicit knowledge sharing. We gathered various evaluation indexes of the enterprises knowledge sharing based on our theoretical analysis and literature review. We adopted factor analysis method and extracted 5 common factors from all those indexes, namely, traditional document communication, electronic document communication, personal interaction, informal group sharing and organizational communication. We conducted questionnaire survey to collect data for our research. Questionnaires including variables of knowledge sharing, organizational creativity and enterprise performance were sent to enterprises in cities such as Changsha, Beijing and Shanghai etc. Those data collected were used for quantitative analysis. Results indicated that both knowledge sharing and organizational creativity are positive correlated to enterprise performance, while organizational creativity plays a mediating role. Concretely, both explicit knowledge sharing and implicit knowledge sharing have significant positive influence on enterprise performance, but the impact of explicit knowledge sharing is stronger than that of tacit knowledge sharing; Both management innovation and technological innovation positively influence enterprise performance, but relatively speaking, the influence of technological innovation is much bigger. Thirdly, the affect of explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing to management innovation is almost equal, but explicit knowledge sharing affect technological innovation more than tacit knowledge sharing does.
