The Research On The Procurement Management Model Of Hunan Valin Tube & Wine Co Ltd

In recent years, many companies rely on the mergeing, restructuring and other means to develop into the companies which have a complex composed of a number of subsidiary companies. But, the traditional mode of procurement management have many limitations, for instance, the functions of procurement are dispersed completely in various subsidiaries, and each of these subsidiary companies operate independently, then the group level lacks studies of procurement strategic and effective means which make full use of manpower and material resources of the subsidiary companies. And the ever-changing market environment enables companies to design and introduce the new organizational structure of procurement to adapt to the ever-deepening complexity of the enterprises. In that way, the enterprises have to take the innovation in organizational structure of procurement seriously, and to plan their internal organization in the most appropriate way of the enterprises themselves , and to improve their functions of procurement. So the organizations of procurement and the development of the market in change can show no difference, and the operational efficiency of enterprises can be improved, finally, the purposes of satisfying the business needs of enterprises can achieve by using the optimal purchasing costs.This thesis takes the management system of procurement of Valin Pipeline Company as the research object, and designs a management model of enterprise's procurement on the basis of analyzing itself and using the experience of other advanced enterprises from the same industry. Firstly, the thesis describes the background and significance of the topic and the research ideas and methods. Then this thesis gives a brief introduction of theory of procurement management. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing and researching deeply from the problems of procurement management model which Valin has, by taking some cases of procurement management models from the advanced enterprises in the iron industry for example, this thesis gives the system of procurement management a new lease life and designs a new model of procurement management to adapt to the development and requirements of this company. Finally, this paper describes the new operating strategy of procurement management model and the effects.
