Research On Circular Economy Development Of Xinjiang

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th made to develop the circular economy vigorously and build a conservation-oriented society. Circular economy avoid drawbacks of fragment in economic and environmental system ,but traditional economic development theory does have such shortcomings, circular economy takes environment as the endogenous variable of economic growth, balances economic growth and environmental protection, provides a new theoretical paradigm as traditional economic shift towards sustainable economic development, and fundamentally resolves contradictions and conflicts between environment and development for a long time , circular economy is a new economic development model of developing economy and protecting environment.Drawing from the domestic and foreign circular economy development research results, using the fundamental research and the real diagnosis analysis, this article deeply analyses the circular economy development of Xinjiang. The article starts with fundamental theories of circular economy and makes a quite thorough elaboration to some successful experience about circular economy in Germany,Japan,the United States, which lies the article real diagnosis research rationale. Then analyses urgency and present situation of circular economy development in Xinjiang, has established evaluation index system of circular economy, make evaluation to comprehensive ability of circular economy development in Xinjiang by using the principal component analysis, and select typical cases to analyses empirically. and then, based on empirical analysis, analyses the favorable factors and unfavorable factors of circular economy in Xinjiang, according to Xinjiang's special details, some suggestions on how to develop circular economy of Xingjiang are propose.
