Therefore, reducing the dependence on the Strait of Malacca,building energy passage,rational energy consumption,plan to conduct oil reserve,and use of renewable energy is conductive to china's energy security.In this paper, energy and national security strategy in view, the western reign of Xinjiang as a key petrochemical industrial base, resources, deep-processing capacity, transiting advantages.
