China presented the capitalism seed and the development of commodity economy at the time of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are famous "ten big business gangs": the Jin business gang, the Hui business gang, the Qi and Lu business gang, the Jiangyou business gang, the Dongting business gang, the Ningbo business gang, the Longyou business gang, the Fujian business gang, the Guangdong business gang, the Shanxi business gang. As the head of them, Jin business gang attracts studying of economists and so on. The study of the Jin business gang has great value on illustrating the merchants' characteristic, the commercial operation, the capital operation in old china and it also helps for the discussion of the relation between traditional culture and Chinese merchants and commercial.From the aspect of the objective of the study, the collection of historic information, the general description and the explanation of microscopic cases occupy the mainstream. The longitudinal analysis about an intermediate perspective is lacking. From the aspect of the study method, the historical method holds mainstream. The method that uses economic theory is just at its first step and the research results are also very insufficient.This article focuses on the enterprise organization of Jin business gang and inspects its whole developing process. And this article also analysis each specific enterprise organization and explains the change. This article first uses the detailed historical data to describe each kind of enterprise organization, and then analyzes the merit and the shortcoming of each shape, and then studies the change situation of enterprise organization, finally, discusses why the Jin shares system cannot obtain the further development through the comparison between West and East.The theories of institutional change in the field of New Institutional Economics will be fully used in this article. The power of change is relative prices and preference.
