Because of the trend of economic globalization, the development of information technology, and the arrival of the economic age in the twenty-first century, the enterprises'ecological environment has undergone enormous changes, and change has become the only choice of modern enterprises for surviving and developing. At the same time, all the enterprises'growth are affected by the laws of the life cycle, and change is the inevitable course of enterprises to adapt to their own development and the realization of organizational reform. Business Process Reengineering Theory is one of the three kinds of organizational reform methods most commonly used in the past twenty years as the milestone in enterprise change'history (And the other two ways are comprehensive quality management and reducing scale). However, because of the neglecting of organizational culture factor in the theory study, many reengineering practice face the difficulty of the disproportion between input and output. We consider that a systematic business process reengineering framework includes three levels which are business process reengineering, organizational structure reform and organizational culture reform, and organizational culture reform is an unavoidable issue of business process reengineering.Organizational culture is a summation of spirit philosophy formed in a long process of business, which is agreed and followed by all (or most) of the staff. Excellent organizational culture is ivy of enterprise life, and has great value and function for enterprise management, which advanced form is enterprise aesthetic culture. Organizational culture change is partly adjusting or total change of former enterprise culture system in order to adapt to the change of external environment as well as the organization itself. The process of enterprise culture change can be divided into three stages which are culture diagnose, philosophy rebuilding and philosophy implement. In the stage of culture diagnose, we should use many kinds of diagnose methods comprehensively and choose evaluation dimension rationally in order to survey the culture status objectively and comprehensively. In the stage of philosophy rebuilding, based on research and diagnose, we should abstract the cultural system systematically reflected both enterprise's personality and common attributes of the age, and in the background of nowadays, we should pay particular attention to putting the concept of humanism, innovation and harmony in. In the stage of philosophy implement, we should promote the new culture philosophy with various methods to make it be understood inside the enterprise and practiced outside the enterprise. Enterprise culture change related to the deep value system of enterprise, which is the most fundamental change, so it must face difficulties from the levels of individual, organization and culture, which also determines the long-term and difficulties of cultural change.This paper surveys enterprise change from the vision of aesthetic culture, and explore some theoretical issues of enterprise change and enterprise culture change preliminarily, in order to bring some meaningful enlightenment and thinking to the enterprise managers.
