" And summarizes it to effective economic theory, through the dialectical materialism, historical materialism to proved the function of inaction in the economy the, and then, through compare it with Si Maqian's "Utmost Freedom of Merchandise " (Shan Yin Lun), Adam Smith's "The Wealth of the Nations" and Confucianist's interventionism , to proved the inaction's function: the government use the inaction policy but people will be richer.
