Product strategy, which is in the face of intense business change and the challenges of the new environment, is to achieve long-term survival and continued development of the overall plan. The present thesis is based on the background of YOUBAI company with strategic management theory and products strategic management theory, and analysis the problem about the company's products strategy of YOUBAI through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. All of these are in order to provide a scientific decision-making for YOUBAI company.This paper analysis the YOUBAI company's macro environment, industry conditions and competitive environment with the methods of PEST, Porter's competitive model and external environment for the evaluation matrix (EFE). The paper evaluate the YOUBAI company's internal environment with use of core competitiveness analysis and internal factors evaluation matrix (IFE), and point out the company currently problems. By constructing YOUBAI company SWOT analysis model and using quantitative strategy evaluation matrix (QSPM)of YOUBAI company, we determine that the company's product strategy is the product development strategy. Finally the paper put forward implementation suggestion, and the results of strategy are evaluated.This study of YOUBAI companies and other mobile value-added business enterprises must have a reference value of the general business strategy of product must also be used for reference.
