Study On Problems And Their Solutions In Agricultural Industrialization Management In Hunan Province

Agricultural industrilization management was another great innovation after the household contract responsibility system in rural areas. During the implementation of agricultural industrilization management, it was advantage to improve the efficiency of agriculture, increase income of farmers, promote the building new socialist countryside, and is an important force in regional economic development, realistic choice of rural industrialization and urbanization. During the research of the problems and solutions of agricultural industrialization management in Hunan province, it was beneficial to identify the main problems of agricultural industrialization management in Hunan, to explore support measures of agricultural industrialization management, so that it will be provide the theoretical reference for restructuring of agricultural production in Hunan province, rural economic development, rural development and draw up agricultural policy.In this study, we use the methods of systems analysis, comparative analysis, the dialectical analysis of the survey and research methods to survey the agricultural industrilization management in Hunan province. Meanwhile, combined with the successful experience of domestic and industrial management of agriculture, and analyze the problems and risks of agricultural industrilization management in Hunan province. It was benefit to promote the positive development of agricultural industrilization management and to revitalize the rural economy by following measures and strategies, such as to promote the focus of agricultural industrilization management, strengthen the support efforts to agricultural industrilization management, strengthen the support efforts to leadership of agricultural industrial management, cultivate the prominent pillar industries, strengthen the regional characteristics,comprehensively develop the base construction in hill and mountain land and broaden the industrial scale,undergird and strengthen the establishment of leading enterrises,extend the industrial chain, deepen the agricultural industrial management.In addition, This study was analysised the role of guard against the risk, information technology and the leading enterprises to agricultural industrilization management, and the corresponding measures and countermeasures were advanced.
