While our country's attaching importance to the "three rural", and speeding up of the rural urbanization, the number of rural SMEs (small and medium enterprises) is also increasing gradually. But the low quality of its employee has become the main obstacles constraining the development of rural SMEs, especially the feminine employers that have played a decisive role in it. According to the domestic and foreign-related scientific theory and practice results show that the on-job training is one of the most advantageous ways to improve rural feminine employers' overall-quality and promoting the rural SMEs in healthy and rapid development.At present, the biggest problem of feminine employer is low cultural quality. Compared with masculine employer, the situation of the feminine employer taking part in education and on-job training is not very optimistic. They receive unfair treatment and shorten of many competitive advantages. Therefore, the effective way to help rural feminine employers is on-job training; that will improve their cultural quality and vocational skills, enable them to be in a favorable position within the fierce workplace competition.The paper takes some rural SMEs feminine employers in counties and cities of Hunan as the main studied object, and has carried out a large number of theoretical and practical researches. The survey result showed that the rural feminine employer on-the-job training has made certain achievements, but there are still many deficiencies. The paper analyzes the primary factor that affecting on-the-job training of feminine employers in rural SMEs. Additionally, the article tries to put forward on-job-training countermeasures on the basis of cause analysis in rural SMEs, in order to provide reference for the related department and the training organizations.
